Commercial aircraft is speedy, suitable and secure for air travel in which major air population travel everyday reaching small and long distance without any problems. Although many preventive measures are taken by the officials some factors related to the aircraft may cause stress to the passengers. However the following tips might help you to overcome these stress.

Always make sure that your body is able to resist any disease. If you’re not feeling well cancel your trip and take a complete rest. Try to reserve the seat according to your wish. If you feel that you are not alright consult your physician before your journey. Make sure that you provide sufficient time for the check in’s. Carry your first aid kid with you. Avoid wearing new clothing, wear loose and comfortable clothing and shoes.

In the flight first relax yourself. Do keep the things under the seat or before you, it would be difficult for you to stretch yourself and the person behind you if you place you things under your seat. Eat lightly and drink lot of water and juices. Try to walk in the cabin occasionally.

To avoid discomfort drink lot of water and avoids or limits the consumption of alcohol, coffee, tea and other caffeinated drinks. Wear spectacles and avoid wearing contact lenses. To prevent dryness apply skin moisturizer. If you are found to be motion sickness then schedule your ticket in a larger plane and request a window seat. Avoid drinking alcohol in the flight and 24 hour before the flight.
